About the role:
Deliver engaging youth work sessions, activities and events for young people across Broadclyst, Tithebarn and West Clyst. You'll help create safe, welcoming spaces where young people can enjoy community and find the support they need to thrive and contribute.
This role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2027, with the possibility of extension subject to review.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver youth sessions, groups and activities.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with young people.
- Help develop new programmes and community partnerships.
- Support the creation of a youth voice for Broadclyst Parish Council.
- Demonstrate your commitment to the Christian faith by actively promoting and living out the ethos of YMCA Exeter in your work.
What you'll receive in this role:
